Releas number 20 from Audiojack's Gruuv stable here, coming from UK producer (I think, anyway) Brian Durkin, AKA Deep Future.
There are two tracks in a total of four mixes. The original version of Let Me Go is a deep dancefloor chugger with soulful vocal snips that'll sound just perfect in those 3am driftaway moments, while Dirty Channels give us a remix that's a little darker and techier, with a hint of prog in the synths to boot. You Need It, meanwhile, is another synth-y, contemporary-sounding deep throbber in its original form, and comes complete with a Detroit Swindle's Never Enough Interpretation that strips things right back to the bone.
The original of Let Me Go or Detroit Swindle's rub of You Need It are the ones I'd play, but it's a strong EP all round that should play well in the hipster spots.
